Powerful Witness Ministries was founded in 1979 when reverand George Elias began to lock arms with Pastors in Tijuana Mexico.  

Since that time, the ministry and grown and reaches into numerous communities bringing love, caring, councel and prayer. The ministry also teams with medical missions providing complete care within the communities they touch.
